A lot of good options for meal. Well-appointed room and large bathroom with a shower and hair dryers. Peaceful and excellent location to Firsttier Event Center.

Very poor customer service. Friends attempted to stay there after having made reservations and was told they couldn't stay and when the clerk was asked for a business card and the manager's name, he refused to provide either one of them. Very unprofessional and unethical.

I was underwhelmed when the front desk attendant rolled her eyes during check-in, and the empty shower amenities were just embarrassing. I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but i guess that's not the standard here. Can't help but feel slighted, so no positive review this time, sad really.
